Candidate require  you  to handle inbound calls/email/chats regarding technical issues for end users.

Candidate will be involved in providing voice & email technological help desk services support to

IBM internal end users and external commercial  account  end users across North America,Em-ea,AP .

Proficient knowledge in connectivity troubleshooting ,TCP/IP,Dial-up,token ring,Ethernet,LAN/WAN.

should have knowledge in understanding of operating systems,windows 2000/np/xp configuration options and troubleshooting and 24x7 in shifts.

 Experience Required : 0-1 years

Eligibility criteria        : Bachelor's degree/Diploma
