*  Troubleshooting of dell laptops and Diagnosis &resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.

* Responsible for providing telephone /email/chat and remote diagnostic technical support related to installation, operation ,configuration, performance, and usage of assigned.

*Provide  basic remote deployement ,maintance and consulting services.
