* Excellent written and oral communication skills required to interact with all levels of management and client represents.
* Must  be able posses effective organizational skills and time management skills with the ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
* Knowledge of inbound and outbound telemarketing industry strongly desired.
* Knowledge of ACD systems, Lan networking and basic programming skills.
* Proficiency with various software applications such as MS Word and Excel environment /physical & other requirements .
