– Candidate should have installation or configuring desktops.
– Should have strong hardware experience.
– Should have strong desktop security experience in terms of anti-virus, firewalls etc.
– Should have good experience with Configuring Outlook/Ms-outlook.
– Should have good communication.
– Should be ready for 24/7 support shifts.
– Freshers with certifications like MCP, MCITP, MCSE, MCSA can also apply.
– Should have strong hardware experience.
